How to get here

 

Brighton & Hove Therapies 

1, The Offices, 10 Fleet Street, BN1 4ZE

From inside Brighton train station: less than 5 minutes walk:

 

Walk to the right of the trains on the platform where it says "Taxis" 

Keep walking straight ahead, and then to the right of the taxi roundabout.

Continue along the road to your left you will see sign "Clothes and Shoes, Salvation Army"

On your left is an indoor car park - cross over the road here.

You will then see a sign "Quirky Cocktail" - go down this path.

Go down the steps, cross over the road, continue to the right.

You will see straight ahead of you on the other side of the road "Brighton and Hove Therapies" 

Cross over into Sinclair walk, following the signs.

We will be on the left

From Sainbury’s Car Park: less than 5 minutes walk:

There is free parking for 90 minutes only

Come out of Sainsburys and turn right, go up the steps, turn right, and up steps again.

Walk along Kingscote Way, cross over Sinclair Walk and you will see B & H Therapies on your left.
