During this time of COVID-19, health and safety and the prevention of the spread of the virus is of paramount importance.

Please rest assured that strict hygiene and safety measures are in place to keep us safe from COVID-19. These are in line with Government guidelines and guidelines from the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage.

Prior to booking, and prior to the appointment, all clients will be asked to confirm the following:

 

I do not have cold/flu symptoms, or symptoms of COVID-19  

 

High temperature – this will show as feeling hot to touch on your chest or back    

​

New continuous cough – coughing a lot for more than an hour or have 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours. If you usually have a cough this may be worse than usual.  

 

Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – you have noticed you cannot smell or taste anything or things smell or taste different to normal.

 

There is no one in my household with cold/flu symptoms, or symptoms of COVID-19

 

I have not been in contact in the past 14 days with anyone who has COVID-19

 

If the answer to any of the above is yes, I will reschedule or cancel my appointment

I use thorough, regular hand hygiene

As your therapist, I confirm that I am also observing all of the above​
